Clifton Presbyterian Church is event headquarters and the location for the following:

Start your day at Clifton Presbyterian Church (CPC), 12748 Richards Lane, Clifton, VA 20124, to pick up your advance online purchase or same day purchase ticket book between 9 AM – 3 PM. Ticket books (including the one location option) are only available for pick up at CPC.

Visit the Silent Auction*, Stuff You Can’t Pass Up Sale, Vendor Fair, and Manse before the homes open at 10 AM. Ticket book holders should catch the complimentary 20 passenger mini bus at the church and ride the continuous loop to the Mulrooney, Smith, and Coleman homes.

The Silent Auction* features a variety of hard to resist items. The Stuff You Can’t Pass Up Sale will offer an eye-catching array of jewelry, scarves, purses, etc. The Vendor Fair merchandise will include clothing, home goods, cosmetics, scrapbooking supplies, financial services, etc. No ticket is required for events at Clifton Presbyterian Church including the display and sale of artwork & jewelry by the Art Guild of Clifton in the Manse.

Guidelines for visiting the homes and Cloverleaf Equine Center:

  • Ticket books can be purchased for $35 via the credit card and check payment links below. Starting mid-April they will also be sold at The Wine Attic , Virginia Mercantile, and Main Street Pub in Clifton, The Picket Fence and Five Star Hair in Burke along with the Flower Gallery of Manassas. Links to advance purchases via check close on May 1st and via credit card on May 14th. Ticket books can also be purchased the day of the event at CPC. The cost for the five (5) locations will be $40 and $10 for one(1) location.

  • Advance purchase and same day sales ticket books can only be picked up at Clifton Presbyterian Church on May 16th. Ticket books will not be sold at the homes nor at Cloverleaf Equine Center. Ticket books contain the addresses of the homes, maps, shuttle details, and information about our sponsors. All ticket book purchases are nonrefundable.

  • The homes will be open from 10 AM – 4 PM.  A ticket book is required for admission to the homes and Cloverleaf Equine Center. They may be toured in any order and docents will be available at each home. Be sure to take the complimentary shuttle to the Mulrooney, Coleman, and Smith homes as there is either extremely limited or no street parking available.

  • Carpooling to Clifton Presbyterian Church and the Gottlieb Home is strongly recommended. Additional parking will be available across from the church at Acacia Masonic Lodge, the town lot, and at the Clifton Shoppes on Chapel Road.

  • Cloverleaf Equine Center will be offering five tours that start at 10 AM, 11 AM, 1 PM, 2 PM, and 3 PM.  The tours will start on time so plan to be there 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Closed-toe shoes are required. Suitable dress for outdoors and a farm environment is recommended. The complimentary shuttle will not be traveling to this location. Park in the Client/Volunteer parking lot and follow the walkway to the Jean Edelman Indoor Arena.

  • A complimentary 20 passenger mini bus (provided by Z A Enterprises) will be available to shuttle ticket book holders from CPC to the Mulrooney, Smith, and Coleman homes before returning to the church.  This complimentary bus will be driving a continuous loop, allowing ticket book holders to hop-on and hop-off from 10 AM – 4 PM.  The bus will not travel to the parking lot of Cloverleaf Equine Center nor to the Gottlieb home, where street parking is available.

  • No smoking, pets, children under 12 (including infants), food, beverages, and absolutely no photography or videography inside the homes. Restrooms are not available at the homes. Please use the facilities at Clifton Presbyterian Church or a local restaurant before you begin your tour.

  • Lunch is available for purchase at various restaurants in the town of Clifton. Light refreshments are available at Clifton Presbyterian Church.

Guidelines for visiting the other locations:

  • No ticket is required for Clifton Presbyterian Church where the following will be available: a Silent Auction, “Stuff You Can’t Pass Up Sale”, a Vendor Fair, the Manse, and light refreshments.

  • The Manse of the Clifton Presbyterian Church will be open for tours from 9 AM – 5 PM. The Manse will also be hosting a jewelry & art show and sale from the Art Guild of Clifton.

  • *Silent Auction bidding will close at 4:30 PM and winners will be announced shortly thereafter. Payments can be made via cash, check, credit card or Venmo. All items must be picked up by 5 PM on the day of the event. No deliveries will be made.

Ticket books purchased online are not shipped and can be picked up between 9 AM – 3 PM on Friday, May 16th at Clifton Presbyterian Church, 12748 Richards Lane Clifton, VA 20124.  Ticket book purchases are nonrefundable. 

All proceeds from the Silent Auction and Stuff You Can’t Pass Up Sale will be added to the CCWC 501(c)(3) Charitable Trust for local scholarships and donations to charities. A list of current donations can be found on our website and in the ticket book.
